I keep this playing on very low volume all night. It definitely gives you a very peaceful vibe. It was well worth purchasing. I have been focused on staying peaceful and this definitely helps.

I’ve been listening to frequencies on my phone for some years now, and they never worked so nicely as they did with the Ora, when it arrived, my husband was sick and feeling very unwell, so I use the 174hz and that helped him to sleep and recover from his illness. The day after, I used it for my daughter, because it always takes me about an hour to put her to sleep and since I started using the Ora, it takes me between 15 and 20 minutes! So I’m really happy with my purchase.
